Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, assist nursing with training, and participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning.
Maintain detailed documentation per state practice act and third party payer requirements, and ensure department equipment is properly maintained.
