Labcorp is seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee operational workflows and optimize performance for Gaps in Care programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and project management, along with strong analytical and communication skills

Job Summary

  • The role involves managing execution of operational workflows that support Gaps in Care programs while ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and clinical standards.
  • Candidates will partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, IT, Clinical, and Lab teams to deploy programs effectively and align with client expectations.
