Job Summary

• This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position.
• Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
• As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator-the duties include working with families and providers to develop Functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), work with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for support and services, conduct home visits, coordinator and facilitate services and transition planning; and participate in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.
