Must-have
Managing complex ER cases
Providing timely and accurate ER advice
Drafting investigation outcome reports
Knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009
Grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures
Coaching and influencing line managers
Nice-to-have
Experience in FMCG environment
Building capability in People & Culture teams
Proactive reporting of Code of Conduct breaches
Collaborative and values-driven team culture
Ability to analyze ER trends and recommend strategies
Key Requirements
Experience managing complex ER cases
Knowledge of Industrial and Employment Law including Fair Work Act 2009
Experience with investigations and grievance resolution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
