  • Develop a Therapeutic Area Strategy to optimize product fit and portfolio strength, and review and manage the Marketing mix for each product in the portfolio to optimize promotional effort.
  • Lead the cross-functional ‘Brand Team’ in the development of brand strategy aligned to overall TA strategy and company priorities, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment to brand objectives.
  • Consolidate and manage the brand budget for the product portfolio, monitor and control promotional expenditure, and lead the development and execution of marketing plan and campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with budget.
