Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or software engineering
  • 10+ years in data engineering/analytics/AI/software engineering
  • 5+ years leading large teams and complex initiatives
  • Experience with enterprise data platform migrations
  • Knowledge of modern data stack and AI/ML tooling
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bilingualism required for Quebec candidates
  • Eligible to work in Canada
