Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Coordinator (AC) position is to ensure the safety of and provision of quality active treatment for the people residing in their assigned home.
The role serves as a member of the home management team for the home to which they are assigned and is responsible for providing input and following through if changes need to occur under the guidance of the Health Care Supervisor (HCS).
A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
