  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and maintaining a warm, positive atmosphere throughout the shift.
