Job Summary
As a key member of the operations team, the main accountability for the Shift Supervisor will be the overall supervision of the shift operations with a concentration on personnel safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness of the facility.
Provide personnel training and enforcement of all operational functions within the facility, ensuring all required expectations are being met or exceeded regarding quality, machine operation, productivity, and safety.
