Must-have
Board Certified in Neurophysiology
Licensed to practice medicine in Georgia
BLS or PALS certification required

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited four-year medical school
Completion of Pediatric Neurology residency
Completion of accredited fellowship in Neurophysiology
Current DEA registration
Eligibility for credentialing as Professional Staff
