Job Summary

  • Lead a real estate region and major landlord portfolios for all Gap Inc. brands, responsible for procurement of new store growth and development of a long-term profitable real estate strategy.
  • Manage the entire real estate pipeline from strategy to execution, mitigating rent & occupancy exposure across the enterprise for all existing and new stores within the region and market.
  • Partner with brand leaders, Finance, Legal, Store Design, Construction, and Store Operations to guide brand real estate strategy, deployment, pipeline, and risk management.
