Job Summary
The Subscriptions, Lists & Registry Team is responsible for building experiences that help customers plan, organize, and simplify their shopping on Walmart.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs, micro services and components using technologies like Java Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL Database, Cache etc.

Base: $117,000.00 - $234,000.00; Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans

Key Requirements
3-4 years+ experience building Java-based backend systems
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Kafka
In-depth understanding of NoSQL database implementations
Experienced in CICD development environments/tools
Strong in writing modular and testable code
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area and 2 years’ experience OR 4 years’ experience in software engineering
