Perform venipuncture adhering to OSHA safety
Accurately perform EKG procedures
Assist in medical emergencies and office procedures
Maintain inventory and order clinical supplies

Key Requirements
Medical assistant diploma from accredited program (ASSCS, ACCET, CAAHEP, ABHES)
National certification for medical assistant (CMA, NCCT, AMT)
Documentation of 10 hours training in injections and skin tests
CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Knowledge of normal and abnormal symptomology and life threatening problems
