Lightspeed DMS is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance onboarding, customer adoption, and satisfaction within their Professional Services Department. The ideal candidate will possess experience in process improvement methodologies, particularly Lean/DMAIC, and will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects that positively impact key performance metrics

Job Summary

  • The Continuous Improvement Manager defines and manages timely completion of “continuous improvement” projects that increase onboarding velocity and time-to-value, customer adoption of Lightspeed software, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizes DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control) methods to improve business processes and acts as a Technology Project Manager applying Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Success in this role is measured by improvements to NRR (Net Revenue Retention), customer health scores, and time-to-value metrics.
