You will lead applied AI transformation across every major business function, serving over 600 engineers and 2,000 employees at one of the largest real estate technology platforms in the U.S.
The position offers the autonomy to recruit, develop, and retain a team of 15–18 specialists while managing a multi-million-dollar annual AI tooling portfolio.

Proven track record delivering measurable ROI in production
