Job Summary

  • As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
  • You will partner and enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
  • You will build and develop the technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, spending at least 50% of your time on capability building.
