Job Summary

  • As a Capability Field Execution Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Unilever Food Solutions customer engagement strategy working cross functionally to deliver business growth targets.
  • You will lead Trade & Operator Customer Development teams to execute Digital & Offline contact strategy and develop capabilities of on ground team via delivering relevant training 30% classroom and 70% face-to-face on the job field training.
  • You will work in close partnership with CD, Marketing, Culinary, Business Excellence and Digital teams with a greater opportunity to shine with your leadership skills.
