As an LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for directing nursing assistants and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to provide quality care to residents in a long term care facility.
The role involves comprehensive nursing duties including medication administration, charting, resident admission and discharge, staff evaluations, and participation in safety and infection control programs.
You will provide leadership to nursing personnel, coordinate with physicians and other departments, and participate in ongoing training and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.
