  • Root cause corrective action (RCCA) expertise
  • Knowledge of PCBA, harnessing, and machined components
  • Experience with FMEA, V&V, APQP, and PPAP methodologies
  • Data mining and statistical analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience with DoD Program of Records requirements
  • Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards
  • Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience with Teamcenter or Siemens NX software

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
  • 7+ years of experience in complex hardware environments
  • Proven experience leading RCCA efforts using 8D or DMAIC
