Workday is seeking a Reporting Functional Consultant in Costa Rica to support customers in designing, building, and deploying reporting and analytics solutions for HR and Finance. Job Summary

  • As a Reporting Functional Consultant, you will partner with our customers to design, build, and deploy reporting and analytics solutions that enable better decisions across HR and Finance.
  • You will work as part of cross‑functional project teams to deliver implementations, enhancements, and optimizations.
  • You are passionate about turning data into decisions and enjoy working directly with customers, asking good questions, simplifying complexity, and producing reporting solutions that are both robust and easy to use.
