• Drive loan and deposit growth by acting as the dedicated banking partner for FIRST Insurance Funding sales reps, converting their premium finance customers into commercial loan opportunities.
• Originate and structure complex credit facilities (M&A, succession, working capital) specifically tailored to the insurance agency and brokerage lifecycle.

Salary
