  • Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by developing new clients, expanding services, and marketing new products, while maintaining excellent working relationships with internal specialists.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent experience

  • Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management concepts
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and applicable Insurance licenses
  • SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
