Key Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field by June 2026
• M.S. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 3+ years industrial/pharmaceutical experience
• B.S. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 5+ years industrial/pharmaceutical experience
• Extensive knowledge of modern organic synthetic chemistry
• Skilled in analytical and purification techniques
• Good organizational, interpersonal, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to strictly follow established procedures and guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to develop, apply, and/or improve new workflows
• Demonstrated ability to design and conduct experiments
