Job Summary
Director Global Engineering Solutions Projects is responsible for leading the Delivery of a large Capital Program (~$1B).
Develop Project Team metrics that are linked to strategy and business results including risk and rewards programs with Tier 1 suppliers.
As a member of the Project Leadership Team, perform share of administrative functions (Tier Meetings, Safety/Staff Meetings, key stakeholder relationship management) to ensure department and GES are delivering on business needs and addressing development of our staff.

Base: $173,200.00 - $272,600.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days
