Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Workday Financials platform, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user questions, and escalating items as needed.
  • Assist with configuration, maintenance, and testing of Workday Financials modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.
  • Support Finance stakeholders by helping translate business requirements into new system functionality, reports, or process improvements.
