The Security Officer is part of a team responsible for the security and safety measures throughout the property, promoting and maintaining every aspect of the property’s physical security and safety for Guests, Residents, Employees, Assets, and Reputation 24-hours a day.
Essential functions include responding to resident support needs with timeliness and professionalism, patrolling the building for hazards, responding to emergency conditions, writing comprehensive incident reports, and monitoring security systems.
