Job Summary
The Executive Director leads the strategic planning and management of Engineering and Operations for a 5 million square foot facility with a combined annual operating budget exceeding $12M.
This role serves as a primary leader for UAMS's decarbonization commitments and sustainability metrics, reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Support Services.
The position manages a team of 4 direct reports and 96 indirect reports responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, energy management, and minor renovation projects.
