  • The Principal Product Compliance Engineer provides technical leadership to ensure Leica products meet global and China ‑ specific regulatory, safety, EMC, and environmental requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • This position collaborates closely with R&D, RA/QA, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, and global compliance teams, as well as accredited external laboratories, to prevent delays and support successful product releases.
