  • Guide a team of technical, product development professionals to design and develop new technologies that support BCP product groups’ multi-generational product plans (MGPPs) and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
  • Mentor Engine Systems team members in the areas of performance, integration, cooling, sound and engine installation plus support the BCP Engine Systems and the broader BCP engineering community as a data analytics expert.
