Job Summary
This role will streamline, refine, standardise and automate existing processes to ensure efficient and effectiveness of financial processes across global agencies.
You will lead end-to-end implementation of finance workstream of the global shared services project, and be responsible for design of global blueprint for agency finance, standardize processes and optimise workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy and consistency across the organisation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Data analytics or a related field
Professional certification such as Lean Management or PMP (Project Management Professional) would be preferred
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business process optimization, process improvement or a related role
Proven experience in a leadership role in a large organization
Proven experience in successfully leading large-scale process improvement/ digitalization projects
Experience with change management and leading organizational transformations
