Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years progressive engineering experience
  • NFPA-70E understanding
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation, and life safety systems
  • Experience developing preventive maintenance programs
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
  • Knowledge of technical drawings and jurisdictional regulations
  • Ability to professionally interact with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors
