Must-have
10-15 years facilities operations experience
3+ years supervisory or work leader experience
Knowledge of electrical HVAC plumbing carpentry
Ability to ascend ladders for inspections
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Maximo software knowledge
Estimating experience
Quality Control experience
Safety Data Sheets familiarity
Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Ten to fifteen years practical experience in facilities operations
Minimum three years supervisory experience
