NAPA is seeking part-time Store Counter Sales associates in South Plainfield, NJ, to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their automotive needs. The role requires knowledge of automotive parts, with opportunities for growth within the company
Job Summary
As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs.
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $18.50, with pay progression opportunities within 12 months.
