Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years HR Business Partner experience
Fluency in Greek and English languages
Solid knowledge of local labor legislation
Experience with HRIS systems and analytics
Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities
Nice-to-have
Proven hands-on can-do attitude
Experience supporting M&A activities
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Background in multinational organizations
