Job Summary
Accountable for providing direct, personal care and services to residents in the skilled nursing facility, which meet the physical, academical, social and spiritual needs on a daily basis to maintain and improve their highest level of independent function.
Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living and performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
