Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
3+ years manufacturing operational experience
Experience with operational systems (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
