The adjuster will be required to direct the litigation, attend mediations and trials, assess liability and damages, and recommend reserves.

Key Requirements
5+ years Commercial/Industry claims experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Advanced litigation claims management experience
Experience controlling cases pre-suit, litigated and post trial
Property and Casualty licenses required within 6 months
