Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and goal-setting for the hospital-wide Infection Prevention and Control Program.
The incumbent has 24-hour accountability for the Infection Prevention and Control Program, manages the supervision of the Infection Prevention and Control team, including the hiring process, colleague evaluations, and disciplinary actions, and is responsible for the operational budget of the Infection Prevention and Control Program.
