Haleon is seeking an Operations Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within their Operations department. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in manufacturing processes and compliance, particularly with cGMP and EHS standards
Job Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring full adherence to all regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality standards, financial controls, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and guidelines, in alignment with Haleon’s Corporate Policies.
Support smooth month-end closing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
Our hybrid model allows employees to work from the office three days per week, with the option to work from home as needed.
