Job Summary
The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Key duties include coordinating resident care, administering IVs, supervising and instructing LPNs and CNAs, making rounds, performing skilled assessments, and responding to medical emergencies.
