Key Requirements

  • MS/BS degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical engineering/manufacturing
  • proven track record of delivering E2E programmes
  • experience in Front-End-Loading (FEL)
  • deep understanding of cGMPs, Validation principles, and C&Q
  • experience with process and construction safety systems
  • strong knowledge of GEP, EHS-by-design
  • managing financial aspects of multi-million dollar investments
  • PMP or Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must
