  • The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and customer focused service execution by managing day to day Order to Cash (O2C) activities and supporting customer collaboration objectives.
  • The role ensures high service performance (OTIF), accurate billing, and responsive issue resolution, while contributing to Service As Measured by Customer (SAMBC) and positive customer experience outcomes.
