Job Summary

• Responsible for participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering.
• Core Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for CMDB Data Issues, reviewing manually inputted data, resolving ServiceNow Tickets, and maintaining current and accurate data documentation around maintaining the CMDB data quality.
• Employees at all levels are expected to have hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, creating and maintaining ServiceNow Reports & Dashboards, and experience implementing and managing CMDB solutions.
