Candidates must have direct experience with the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including needs analysis, rollout, and stabilization in a multinational setting.

Must-have
6+ years D365 Finance & Operations architecture experience
Sales & Commercial domain expertise in multinational environment
Full ERP implementation cycle experience from analysis to rollout
Experience with Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order sales processes
Knowledge of CTP, ATP logistics planning and progress billing
Nice-to-have
Experience with Bluestar PLM or Axtension Project Control tools
Strong commercial acumen for vendor assessment
Ability to coach and mentor technical teams
Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI
Experience with SaaS-based system delivery
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
6+ years direct experience leading D365 F&O architecture
Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing professional (preferred)
Experience with enterprise-level system integration
