Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Facility electrical power system design
Electrical system analysis and testing
Siemens Teamcenter PLM knowledge
Power-system design software tools
DoD Secret Clearance required
Collaboration with engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Leadership and mentoring skills
Experience with CAD electrical design
Knowledge of EMI/EMC and thermal management
Use of simulation tools like ANSYS or MATLAB
Experience with high-power and high-frequency systems
Strong interpersonal communication
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
2 to 5 years electrical engineering experience depending on level
Active DoD Secret Clearance
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain Special Access Program approval
Experience with military and industry electrical codes and standards
