Must-have
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Six plus years recent CO Planner experience
Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner
Familiarity with OCO concepts and authorities
Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities
Nice-to-have
Masters degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
Experience incorporating AI and Machine Learning
Familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure
Joint Professional Military Education Phase II graduate
Experience with Space-enabled Cyber Operations
