Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years M&A or Strategic Planning experience
Financial modeling and valuation analysis
Due diligence process leadership
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience in premier investment banking or consulting
Strong collaboration and project management skills
Ability to interact with senior executives confidently
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Science
MBA preferred with minimum three years corporate development experience
Solid understanding of valuation principles and financial statement analysis
