Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance, and contributing to the facility's quality assurance program.
The role requires active participation in various committee meetings, staff development, safety and sanitation initiatives, and ensuring efficient equipment and supply management.
