As People Partner you are responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, Employees and Philips People Services on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Your role: Provide professional guidance and support for performance improvement plans (PIP), ensuring adherence to local policies and best practices.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For this role it means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
