The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Must-have

Perform daily nursing care procedures
Monitor vital signs and report changes

Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Record intake output and care notes accurately
